Whilst initially considered as a straight forward industrial development, this non-rectangular corner block site with landscaping buffers took multiple concepts to find the best yield site whilst maintaining key aspects such as
- Undercover Semi-trailer access
- Office exposure
- NCC Compliance including fire seperation of office
- Versatility for various tenants

Angle's design team worked with the owner, the agent, the builder and with the design team to prepare a professional facility that any international or national owner would be proud to occupy.
