Casa Engineering purchased the site for additional workshop and yard space. The site was investigated to obtain flooding, steep batters and significant established vegetation which was to be retained.
Town Planning advice identifed neighbourhood and planning overlay constraints so detailed drawings where prepared by us to identify all these aspects and have the engineering teams respond to council's policies to provide an impact assessable application to Ipswich City Council.
Further work was required in establishing existing trunk infrastructure underground and upgrading the lead-in road off River Road to the site.
Angle's design team worked with the owner/developer/builder to complete these works. Development Approval was obtained from council.
This site re-uses existing steel structures to include a 2 overhead cranes and large roller shutters to provide access for large equipment. Angle have designed the office and provided building design and hydraulic drawings for the project.
