Casa Engineering purchased a large steel frame building with cranes and split the structure into 2 buildings.  This building is one of those buildings and the building was positioned on site for future expansion and provided a professional office suitable for local offices of national tenants to suit opportnuity.

The building was fire engineered to remove sprinklers based on the use of the site and is 4,614sqm.
