Hume Dr Bundmaba
History
Commenced in 2020, this project has developed with the growth of the Bundamba area and continues into it's 5th stage.
The site was planned to create an engineering workshop for Casa Engineering however over time, this site has now developed into a large precast yard with further developments proposed.
The site was obtained from a 1960's manufacturing site over thick clays. Piles where provided on site to address the large site settlements.
Additional offices where developed with the needs on site.
The site is now aiming to support an area greater than 17,000sqm.
The site contains 20 and 10T overhead cranes in the 3 workshops, the two storey office and a proposed leaseable building of either workshop or warehouse. The site has multiple fire engineering solutions based on storage materials.
