Conceptual Design
Civmec engaged Angle to prepare a suitable plan based on their project brief to provide a large mining workshop and painting facility for mining component repair.
The site was provided within a redeveloped area within Gladstone which provides Civmec another strategic facility in their operations. The site has been designed for oversize vehicles and large overhead cranes to allow for multiple repair options including storage and washbays.
The office is planned to suit staff numbers and workshop management and training with interactivity aspects.
Design Management
Angle engaged a civil engineer to develop the site to a suitable level to facilitate a staged development whilst balancing earthworks.
Civil engineering design has been approved as part of the development approval.
