BREEAM Excellent Rating
AESSeal is an international company origininating in the United Kingdom where all their facilities have been rated with the BREEAM building assessment system.
This project has been registered as the 1st BREEAM Global project in Australia.
The goals of the project are to get as close to possible to carbon neutral along with achieve a project of at least "Exclelence" rating within the BREEAM system.
The project contains an office for 35 people along with a meeting and boardroom which support the warehouse and specialist workshop which includes 5 gantry cranes up to 8T 12 lathes, a paint booth and other specialist assmbly rooms.
The BREEAM project has had to meet BREEAM standards including acoustics, water leakage, water reuse, resilience, energy modelling, low carbon design plus many more to achieve it's rating.
Angle has been the building designer and project manager with Hydraulic design also.
The project has completed all approvals and is now under construction.
