Concept and Development Approval

Relsig Properties has been a developer in Ingleston Rd for a number of years and they approached Angle for concept development and Development Approval documentation.

The design brief required a various number of unit sizes with a professional look whilst maintaining good yield.

The site has driveway access only to the street so it was determined to provide a fascade that kept the estate at a high quality to maintain asset value.

Development Approval

The project was a RiskSmart application and the concept was developed based on extending the success of previous projects along with consultation with real estate agents.

The properties are selling off the plan based on the quality of finish and other market drivers.

1st-Final

The project has 13 different size tenancies totalling 6,636sqm of floor area with a variety of tenant sizes from 400-800sqm.

The majority of tenancies has a ground floor entry with mezzanine offices over carparking provides a great industrial work environment. All tenancies are provided with a full height kitchenette, disable toilet and shower with basins
