The Lade St project provided an extension of this existing house in the southern Brisbane suburb of Coorparoo.  With the families children becoming more independent and needing more space, the house extension was planned to include the Dining, Entertainment Room on the ground floor and Bed 2, 3 on the first floor with the provisions of separate ensuites and robes.   
 
With the extensions some an external entry occurred to freshen the entry and street appeal.
